Pressure vs Soft wash

Know the difference!!!

Pressure washing uses just that, high pressure and usually zero chemicals.

Pressure washing is used to remove stains and buildup that soft washing can, including mold, mud, dust, dirt, and grime. However, it typically does so without the aid of chemicals and relies on the water pressure to get the job done. Pressure washing will take 2-3 times longer to get the similar desired results. Why similar and not the same results? Good Question, while removing the same dirt and grime is possible with pressure washing, eliminating mold completely will not be the case. to eliminate mold, chemicals will be necessary. Yes pressure washing can get rid of the mold look but mold will still be present on the surface and continue to grow back at a rapid rate. Soft washing will eliminate mold spores on the surface and mold will have to reform to begin the growing process. The high pressure used in this application has been known to cause damage over time to the home.

Soft washing uses chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite (Bleach) and fungicides. these chemicals coupled with lower pressure will clean and strip away all mold and fungus spores on the surface to give a cleaner home for longer periods of time. Soft washing will also aid in removing oxidation from your home surface. with the use of these chemicals come great responsibility, these chemicals can harm your plants around the home or business. True professionals will utilize neutralizers to prevent damage to plants. The lower pressure in this application allows a lesser chance of damaging the home.
